There are only twenty four hours in a day. For a normal working person, at least nine hours is spent at work, eight hours for sleeping and the remaining hours in travel, personal hygiene, exercise, communication, chores and recreation. The challenge is finding time to spend with family and friends.

Family Day is observed unofficially in many countries. However, it is a public holiday in some places like the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and Saskatchewan, in South Africa, in Arizona and Nevada of the United States of America, in Vietnam, Vanuatu and in the Australian Capital Territory. Though celebrated annually, the observance of this day varies from each other.
